Power and Signal Connectors

The Intercontec range of Power and Signal connectors are the first and unique Hybrid connectors with 5x Power & 6x Signal contacts plus 1x Quadrax Element (Bus module) for fast industrial ethernet connections. With a ready-to-assemble, separately shielded Ethernet Element the Hybrid Connector creates new possibilities. The Hybrid connectors meet the higher electric strength requirements when daisy-chaining decentrally controlled Servo Motors for example, it is possible to run 850VDC at up to 30A of current and are suitable for up to 4mm cross section wire.

M23 Power & Signal Connectors

Intercontec's 723 Htec series is an M23 hybrid that is designed for use in applications that require a combination of data and power contacts within the same insert and body style.

The 723 Hybrid Connector with BUS module from Intercontec ( now part of TE Connectivity), combines both signal and power in a single assembly. One Cable Technology is rapidly being adopted by servo and drive manufacturers enabling machine builders to develop more compact, efficient and reliable machines. Custom OCT cable assemblies from AP Technology Ltd supports all the digital feedback protocols and systems for all the major manufacturers including ABB, Beckhoff, Bosch, KEB, Kollmorgen, Nidec Rockwell, Schneider, SEW, SICK and Siemens designed exactly to your requirements.

The 723 series is UL listed and VDE approved and is supplied in seven body styles for both cable and panel mounting and is offered with two fifteen pole insert styles, one of which features the an Ethernet module for industrial Cat 5 applications, both styles are supplied with the Speedtec coupling system and the innovative crown clamp.

M32 Power & Signal Connectors - Series 1

Originally designed for use with semi automatic tools for the automotive industry, Intercontec's 932 Twintec series is an M32 hybrid that combines both power and signal contacts in the same body. The range is UL listed and VDE approved and is supplied in six body styles for both cable and panel mounting and is offered with three insert styles.

M40 Power & Signal Connectors

Intercontec's 740 Htec series is an M40 hybrid that is designed for use in applications that require a combination of data and power contacts within the same insert and body style.

The 740 series is UL listed and VDE approved and is supplied in three body styles for both cable and panel mounting and is offered with a nine pole insert, with a choice of two pole data element or six pole Ethernet element, both with seperate EMC Shielding, housing types styles are supplied with the Speedtec coupling system and the innovative crown clamp.
